Requirements:

• Bilingual English + Hebrew speaker
• Certified lawyer – must
• 5+ years’ experience as a commercial/corporate lawyer
• Experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Experience in working with hitech clientele
• Excellent multitasker and passionate self-starter
• Very organized and detail oriented
