Customer Success Manager

An established hi-tech company in the center is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager. The right candidate:

  • Native English or native level
  • BA Degree in business or any relevant field
  • 2+ years experience in customer success within top tier accounts (sales background and professional services – advantage.)
  • Super service orientation & project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Previous experience from a tech (SAAS) company – advantage
  • Very tech-savvy and driven personality
