Customer Support Engineer
A successful global hi-tech company located in the center is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide assistance to their customers.
Requirements:
- Hebrew and English speaker
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position, from a tech company – must
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues efficiently
- Experience communicating frequently and smoothly with C level, Engineers, Developers and Operations functions
- Able to advise and troubleshoot in Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, JDBC.
- Proficiency in Linux – must
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Work is fully remote, Sun-Thurs
