Customer Support Engineer

A successful global hi-tech company located in the center is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide assistance to their customers.

 

Requirements:

  • Hebrew and English speaker
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position, from a tech company – must
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues efficiently
  • Experience communicating frequently and smoothly with C level, Engineers, Developers and Operations functions
  • Able to advise and troubleshoot in Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, JDBC.
  • Proficiency in Linux – must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Work is fully remote, Sun-Thurs
