Personal Assistant

A leading global company in Tel Aviv seeks a Personal Assistant for the Director.

The right person for the job should have the following:

  • Bilingual English/Hebrew speaker – must
  • Previous experience in a dynamic, administrative role, in a corporate setting
  • Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
  • Generally a positive, outgoing, and service-oriented person.
  • This is a full-time position Sun-Thurs, 9-18:00
