The right candidate must have/be:

• Have 2+ years in a previous CRO position
• Proficient in English – must
• Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
• Strong data analysis skills, critical thinker, and problem solver
• eCommerce experience – an advantage
