The right candidate:

• Fluent English – must!
• have 2+ years experience in a managerial role in a large company (500+ employees)
• have 4+ years of experience in an employee experience role
• multi-tasker, self-learner, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience working in Startups/High-tech environments- an advantage
• Experience in end-to-end execution of large scale welfare activities and events
