German Customer Success Manager

An international company in the Center is looking for a German Customer Success Manager.

 

The right candidate must be/have:

  • Native German with fluent English – must
  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success or for enterprise software – preferably in SaaS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in SAP ERP – Must
  • Customer service and technical support abilities
  • Ability to communicate and manage processes with C level
