German Customer Success Manager
An international company in the Center is looking for a German Customer Success Manager.
The right candidate must be/have:
- Native German with fluent English – must
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success or for enterprise software – preferably in SaaS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in SAP ERP – Must
- Customer service and technical support abilities
- Ability to communicate and manage processes with C level
