- have 5+ years of leadership experience managing a global call center of 100+ staff
- Experience from a hitech company – must
- have 5+ years of experience in managing managers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Multi-tasker and quick learner
- Data-Driven, experience with productivity metrics in call centers – Advantage
