    • Fluent English speaker
    • have 5+ years of leadership experience managing a global call center of 100+ staff
    • Experience from a hitech company – must
    • have 5+  years of experience in managing managers
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Multi-tasker and quick learner
    • Data-Driven, experience with productivity metrics in call centers – Advantage
