Requirements:

• Native English speaker – must, Hebrew – advantage
• Certified lawyer – must
• 1-3 years experience as a commercial/corporate lawyer
• Experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Experience in working with hitech/financial clients
• Excellent multitasker and passionate self-starter
• Very organized and detail oriented
