The right candidate must have/be:

• 1+ years’ experience in a CRM / online marketing position
• Fluent English (written and spoken)  – must
• Multitasker, detail-oriented, and creative
• Familiarity with CRM and retention tools
• Experience in Customer Relations – advantage.
