Technical Support Engineer

A global super successful hi-tech company is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer.

 

The right candidate should be:

  • Hebrew and English speaker
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position, from a tech company – must
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues efficiently
  • Experience communicating frequently and smoothly with C level, Engineers, Developers and Operations functions
  • Able to advise and troubleshoot in Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, JDBC.
  • Proficiency in Linux – must
  • Problem solver, detail-oriented, responsible, super service oriented, patient and assertive
  • Work is fully remote, Sun-Thurs
