We’ve disrupted the conventional, one-size-fits-all Israeli recruitment agency model and redesigned it specifically to meet the needs of foreign language speakers in Israel – and the best international companies who seek them out.
We believe in building long-term relationships with this sought-after group of jobseekers and the innovative companies they’re looking for. No cutting corners. No combinot. You can say that uniting talented foreign language speakers in the start-up nation with high-quality companies is what puts a smile on our face every day.
Our history
LEAP was founded in 2004 as a result of founder Orly Rosenfeld’s passion for helping native speakers in Israel find jobs that cater to their strengths. With many years of experience in human resources, she had a first-hand understanding of how valuable foreign language speakers are for the success of the international companies she worked with.
But many of these talented foreign language speakers sadly fell through the cracks, due to limited Hebrew and connections in their adopted homeland. As an Israeli raised in the United States, Orly empathized and decided to do something to help: She founded LEAP.
Since its beginnings, LEAP has given over 12,000 people from a wide array of cultures and backgrounds a chance to build a satisfying career in Israel. We hope you’ll join us on our continuing journey.
About Orly
Orly has over 25 years of experience in human resources, including talent recruiting and staff training. As part sabra, part American, she brings a wide-angle perspective to her profession, which she describes as her calling.
Orly earned her M.A. in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, as well as a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences from the College of Management in Tel Aviv. In the IDF, she served as a department head in the elite intelligence unit 8200.
When she’s not working, she’s drawn to music concerts, off the grid boutiques, mind bending lectures and intense CrossFit work-outs. Motto: Actions speak louder than words.
