Orly Rosenfeld
In 2004, Orly founded LEAP as a unique consultancy and placement agency in Israel, especially for Olim and foreign language speakers. Since then, she has assisted, guided and successfully placed thousands in leading companies in Israel. Orly regularly participates in employment events for Olim, in Israel and abroad.
Meir Lopatinsky
Meir brings decades of experience in the field of employment and professional integration of new and potential immigrants. Prior to joining LEAP, Meir held the position of Director of Employment at the Jewish Agency, for 18 years. Meir is an expert in converting the profession of every applicant to the professions required in Israel.
